2. Eligibility and Age Restriction

If bdtk5 determines, at any point, that an account is held by a person under the age of 18, that account will be suspended immediately. 3. Account Registration and Verification

One Account Policy

Deposits

Withdrawals

5. Bonuses and Promotions

Wagering Requirements

Bonus Abuse
Any player found to be exploiting bonus structures — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, using automated strategies to satisfy wagering requirements with minimal risk, or engaging in coordinated bonus abuse with other players — will have their bonus balance forfeited, their account suspended, and any winnings derived from abusive play voided. bdtk5's determination of what constitutes bonus abuse is final.
Expiry of Bonuses
All bonus funds, free bets, and associated winnings that have not been utilised or met their wagering requirements within the stated validity period will expire automatically and be removed from the account balance without further notice.
6. Game Rules and Fair Play
All games available on the bdtk5 platform — including live casino titles, slot games, crash games, fishing games, and sports betting markets — are governed by their respective rules as displayed within the game interface or betting market page. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of any game or market before placing a wager.
Certified Game Providers

7. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bdtk5 platform. Engaging in any of the following behaviours may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

- Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or offensive conduct directed at bdtk5 staff or other users of the platform via any communication channel.
bdtk5 employs active monitoring and fraud detection systems. Players under investigation for prohibited conduct may have their accounts temporarily restricted while the investigation is ongoing. bdtk5's findings in relation to prohibited conduct are final and binding.
8. Account Closure and Suspension
Either the player or bdtk5 may initiate account closure under the circumstances described below.
Player-Initiated Closure
You may request the closure of your bdtk5 account at any time by contacting our support team via 24/7 Live Chat or by emailing [email protected]. Before an account is closed, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed and any remaining verified balance returned to your registered payment method. Accounts under active investigation may not be closeable until the investigation is resolved.
Responsible Gaming Closure
If you are closing your account for responsible gaming reasons — including concerns about problem gambling — bdtk5 strongly recommends requesting a self-exclusion rather than a simple account closure. Self-exclusion applies stronger protections, including prevention of re-registration, and is the appropriate mechanism for players who wish to take a break from gambling. Platform-Initiated Suspension or Closure
bdtk5 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion in circumstances including but not limited to:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
- Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity;
- Discovery that the account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2;
- Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.
Where an account is suspended due to suspected fraud or a breach of Terms, bdtk5 reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending investigation. Where the investigation concludes in the player's favour, the verified balance will be returned promptly. Where the investigation substantiates a breach, bdtk5 may forfeit the balance in whole or in part, consistent with the nature of the breach.
Inactive Accounts
An account is considered inactive if no login activity has been recorded for 12 consecutive months. bdtk5 will notify the registered email address prior to applying any inactivity measures. Inactive accounts may be subject to an administrative fee deducted from the account balance, capped at ৳100 per month, after a 30-day notice period. Players may reactivate their account at any time by logging in and completing any outstanding verification requirements.
